先化验原水——切削液、防锈油、碳氢溶剂成分不同，浓缩倍数和排渣周期差很远，别拿“通用型”糊弄自己；

First, test the raw water - cutting fluid, rust proof oil, and hydrocarbon solvents have different compositions, and the concentration factor and slag discharge cycle are far different. Don't deceive yourself with the "universal type";

材质别省——含氯清洗剂多就上316L，普通304焊口半年起锈点；

Material saving - if there is a lot of chlorine containing cleaning agent, use 316L, and ordinary 304 welding joints will rust after six months;

自动化程度——PLC一键进液、自动消泡、浓缩液满桶报警，夜班没人盯也不溢罐。

Automation level - PLC one click liquid inlet, automatic defoaming, concentrated liquid full tank alarm, no one watching at night and no tank overflow.

回收水去哪？粗洗段直接补回去，漂洗段再加一级离子交换，自来水费和设备折旧摊到每天，往往半年就回本。

Where to recycle water? The coarse washing section is directly replenished, and an additional level of ion exchange is added to the rinsing section. The cost of tap water and equipment depreciation is spread out daily, often recovering within six months.
