节拍与产量：日产几千件得上通过式或机械手上下料，小批多品种反而不用硬上全自动，半自动更灵活。

Rhythm and output: With a daily output of several thousand pieces, it is possible to use a pass through or robotic arm for loading and unloading. However, for small batches with multiple varieties, there is no need to use a fully automatic system. Semi automatic systems are more flexible.

水基、半水基、溶剂（碳氢）三条路线也别混着选：水基环保但防锈要跟上，碳氢洗净力强但要防爆和冷凝回收。真能省人力的全自动，不是“把槽子连起来”，而是PLC把液位、温度、频率、漂洗电导、烘干余温全串起来，换型时调配方就行。

Don't mix the three routes of water-based, semi water-based, and solvent (hydrocarbon): water-based is environmentally friendly but needs to keep up with rust prevention, hydrocarbon has strong cleaning power but needs to be explosion-proof and condensed for recycling. A fully automatic system that can truly save manpower is not about "connecting the tanks", but about PLC connecting the liquid level, temperature, frequency, rinsing conductivity, and drying residual temperature, and adjusting the formula when changing the type.
