很多工厂把喷淋清洗机当成“接个水泵朝工件喷水”的简易设备，结果要么油污冲不掉、要么薄壁件被冲变形、要么不锈钢槽体用半年就穿孔。工业喷淋不是浇水，是压力、流量、喷嘴角度、药液温度四件事一起算。

　　Many factories treat the spray cleaning machine as a simple device to "connect a water pump to spray water onto the workpiece", resulting in either oil stains not being washed away, thin-walled parts being deformed by flushing, or stainless steel tanks being perforated after six months. Industrial spraying is not about watering, but about calculating pressure, flow rate, nozzle angle, and liquid temperature together.

　　一、压力不是越大越好?

　　1、 The greater the pressure, the better

　　精密五金、光学件：0.15~0.4 MPa 足够，压力过高会伤表面、把切屑压进孔里；

　　Precision hardware and optical components: 0.15~0.4 MPa is sufficient, excessive pressure can damage the surface and press chips into the hole;

　　机加工件去切削液：0.4~0.8 MPa 常用；

　　Cutting fluid for machined parts: commonly used at 0.4~0.8 MPa;

　　CNC 内腔去毛刺、锻件氧化皮：可上 3~15 MPa 高压清洗/去毛刺专机，但不是“喷淋线”能干的事。

　　CNC cavity deburring and forging oxide scale removal: It can be cleaned/deburred under high pressure of 3-15 MPa by a dedicated machine, but it is not something that can be done by a "spray line".

　　选型先问“工件怕不怕冲”，再定压力档。

　　First, ask "Is the workpiece afraid of impact?" before selecting the pressure range.

　　二、槽体材质和药剂要配套?

　　2、 The material of the tank body and the medication should be matched

　　碱性脱脂、酸性除锈、防锈漂洗，对 304 不锈钢、PP、PVC 的腐蚀表现完全不同。漂洗段如果用纯水，管路还得防菌防二次污染。别拿一个碳钢架喷漆就说“能用三年”。

　　Alkaline degreasing, acidic rust removal, and rust prevention rinsing have completely different corrosion behaviors on 304 stainless steel, PP, and PVC. If pure water is used in the rinsing section, the pipeline must also be protected against bacteria and secondary pollution. Don't just paint a carbon steel frame and say 'it can last for three years'.

　　三、通过式还是单工位，看节拍?

　　3、 Whether to pass through a single station or a single workstation depends on the rhythm

　　批量小、品种多：单工位旋转喷淋/多槽手动更灵活，换液快、不堵线；

　　Small batch size and variety: Single station rotating spray/multi slot manual is more flexible, with fast liquid change and no line blockage;

　　连续生产、日产上万件：网带式/通过式喷淋线，预洗—主洗—漂洗—风切—烘干一段跑完；

　　Continuous production, daily output of tens of thousands of pieces: mesh belt/through spray line, pre washing main washing rinsing air cutting drying run through one stage;

　　精密件怕碰：旋转喷淋+定点定位超声波辅助，比纯水流冲更稳。

　　Precision parts are afraid of collision: rotating spray+fixed-point positioning ultrasonic assistance, more stable than pure water flow.

　　四、非常容易被漏掉的隐藏项?

　　4、 The most easily overlooked hidden items

　　过滤精度（切屑回流会堵喷嘴）、风刀角度（烘干前不吹干=白漂洗）、槽液温控（脱脂 50~60℃ 才出活性）、排屑和废液回收（低温废水回收设备接上，水费省一大截）。

　　Filtering accuracy (chip reflux will block the nozzle), air knife angle (do not blow dry before drying=white rinse), temperature control of tank solution (degreasing requires 50-60 ℃ to activate), chip removal and waste liquid recovery (connect low-temperature waste water recovery equipment to save a lot of water costs).

　　喷淋清洗机买前多问一句“我的工件、我的脏污、我的节拍是什么”，比只看“几根喷管、多少钱一米”省后面一半返工费。

　　Before purchasing a spray cleaning machine, ask "What is my workpiece, my dirt, and my rhythm", which saves half of the rework cost compared to just looking at "how many nozzles and how much they cost per meter".
