很多车间把喷淋线当万能清洗机用：机加工完的壳体、齿轮、阀体往网带上一放，三分钟出来，看着锃亮。可到了装配工位，压缩空气一吹盲孔，黑渣照样往外跑。不是水泵没劲，是喷淋这种“外冲洗”天生够不到的地方，高压水也拐不了九十度弯。

Many workshops use spray lines as universal cleaning machines: once the machined shells, gears, and valve bodies are placed on the mesh belt, they come out in three minutes and look shiny. At the assembly station, when compressed air blows through the blind hole, the black residue still runs out. It's not that the water pump is not powerful, it's that the spray system, which is naturally inaccessible for external flushing, cannot turn 90 degrees with high-pressure water.

先画一条清晰边界：

外表面、平面、浅腔、大批中小件——喷淋是性价比之王。水温拉到60℃以上、加一点脱脂剂，油污和浮屑一冲就掉，节拍还能压到分钟级。

External surface, flat surface, shallow cavity, and a large number of small and medium-sized components - spray is the king of cost-effectiveness. When the water temperature is raised above 60 ℃ and a little degreaser is added, the oil stains and floating debris will be washed away, and the rhythm can be pressed to the minute level.

交叉孔、螺纹底孔、齿轮齿根、焊接内角——单靠喷淋必留残屑。这类件要么在喷淋前后加一段超声波槽，用气泡钻进缝隙把颗粒“炸”出来；要么做旋转喷淋工装，让工件自转、喷嘴从多个角度追着孔口打。

Cross hole, threaded bottom hole, gear tooth root, welding inner angle - spraying alone will leave debris. These types of parts either add an ultrasonic groove before and after spraying, and use bubbles to drill into the gaps to "explode" the particles; Either make a rotating spray fixture, allowing the workpiece to rotate and the nozzle to chase the hole from multiple angles.

薄壁铝件、铜件、抛光面——压力别超过0.6MPa，不然水痕和磕碰比脏污更难处理，这时候低压旋转+中性清洗剂才稳。

Thin walled aluminum parts, copper parts, polished surfaces - the pressure should not exceed 0.6MPa, otherwise water marks and bumps are more difficult to deal with than dirt. At this time, low-pressure rotation and neutral cleaning agents are more stable.

再看一套喷淋线能不能“连轴转”，关键不在泵，在过滤回路：

Let's see if another set of spray lines can "rotate continuously". The key is not the pump, but the filtration circuit:

喷淋冲下来的不是脏水，是“水+油+铁屑”的混合物。没有多级过滤（旋流除渣→滤网→吸油带），颗粒会在槽里越攒越多，后半班洗出来的件比前半班还脏。

The water sprayed down is not dirty water, but a mixture of water, oil, and iron filings. Without multi-stage filtration (cyclone slag removal → filter screen → oil suction belt), particles will accumulate more and more in the tank, and the parts washed out in the second half of the shift will be even dirtier than those in the first half.

油水分离别省。机加工件带过来的切削液会在液面结膜，膜层被喷嘴打碎后重新粘回工件，漂洗段怎么冲都有油斑。

Oil water separation is not necessary. The cutting fluid brought by the machined parts will form a film on the liquid surface, and the film layer will be broken by the nozzle and re stick to the workpiece. No matter how the rinsing section is rinsed, there will be oil stains.

非常终漂洗水和前段清洗水分池走。很多厂为了省槽，拿同一池水又洗又漂，前段的高浓度污物直接带到非常后一道工序，清洁度检测永远卡在粒子数超标。

The final rinse water and the previous cleaning water pool are removed. Many factories use the same pool of water to wash and float in order to save on waste. The high concentration of pollutants from the previous stage are directly carried to the final process, and the cleanliness test is always stuck in the particle count exceeding the standard.

调试时只盯三个数就够了：

Just focus on three numbers when debugging:

喷嘴实际流量，不是泵铭牌流量。用桶接10秒算一下，衰减超过15%就是滤网堵了。

The actual flow rate of the nozzle is not the flow rate indicated on the pump nameplate. Using a bucket for 10 seconds to calculate, if the attenuation exceeds 15%, it means the filter is clogged.

过滤压差。压差一高不换滤芯，泵就在空转烧密封。

Filter pressure difference. If the pressure difference is high and the filter element is not replaced, the pump will be idling and burning the seal.

漂洗水电导率。电导降不下来，说明前段清洗剂被带过来了，要么加喷淋风刀切水，要么加一道溢流水。

Rinse water conductivity. If the conductivity cannot be reduced, it indicates that the cleaning agent from the front section has been brought over. Either add a spray air knife to cut the water, or add an overflow water.

顺手一条红线：别拿碱性强的脱脂剂长期泡铝件。试机时一定要带自己的工件和切削液残样去跑半小时，看到表面发暗、挂灰，立刻换配方，不然一批毛坯件全废在试机台上。

A handy red line: Do not soak aluminum parts in alkaline degreasers for a long time. When testing the machine, be sure to bring your own workpiece and residual cutting fluid sample to run for half an hour. If the surface appears dark or dusty, immediately change the formula, otherwise a batch of blank parts will be discarded on the testing machine.

把“外表面用喷淋、盲孔加超声、过滤分两级、漂洗单独走”这四句钉在工艺卡上，清洗工序才不会变成装配线的隐性废品源。

Nail the four sentences "spray on the outer surface, add ultrasonic treatment to blind holes, filter in two stages, and rinse separately" on the process card, so that the cleaning process will not become a hidden waste source for the assembly line.
