超声波清洗机选型与使用避开这五个坑

选一台合适的超声波清洗机,远比想象中复杂。选型失误不仅浪费投资,更可能影响产品质量和生产效率。

Choosing a suitable ultrasonic cleaning machine is far more complex than imagined. Incorrect selection not only wastes investment, but may also affect product quality and production efficiency.

第一个坑:频率选错。 频率直接决定清洗效果。清洗大型金属件、去除厚重油污和锈蚀,低频(20-28kHz)是优选。清洗精密零件、电子元器件、光学镜片,高频(80kHz以上)更合适。如果工件种类多样,双频超声波清洗机是折中选择——低频扫除顽固污渍,高频处理精细表面。

The first pitfall: selecting the wrong frequency. The frequency directly determines the cleaning effect. Cleaning large metal parts, removing heavy oil stains and rust, low frequency (20-28kHz) is preferred. High frequency (above 80kHz) is more suitable for cleaning precision parts, electronic components, and optical lenses. If there are various types of workpieces, a dual frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine is a compromise choice - low-frequency cleaning for stubborn stains and high-frequency processing for fine surfaces.

第二个坑:功率不足或过大。 功率不足,空化效应微弱,清洗不有效。功率过大,对于精密工件可能造成表面损伤。功率选择需综合考虑槽体容积、清洗液类型、工件材质和污染物种类。一般原则是:单位容积功率密度在0.3-0.5W/cm?之间较为合理。

The second pitfall: insufficient or excessive power. Insufficient power, weak cavitation effect, and incomplete cleaning. Excessive power may cause surface damage to precision workpieces. The selection of power should comprehensively consider the tank volume, type of cleaning solution, workpiece material, and type of pollutants. The general principle is that the power density per unit volume is between 0.3-0.5W/cm? It is more reasonable between them.

第三个坑:温度设置不当。 超声波清洗并非“越热越好”。大多数水基清洗剂在50-60℃时活性非常佳。温度过低,清洗剂活性不足;温度过高,空化效应反而减弱(液体蒸气压升高,气泡破灭强度降低)。夏季可设定50-55℃,冬季可适当提高至60-65℃。

The third pitfall: Improper temperature setting. Ultrasonic cleaning is not necessarily 'the hotter the better'. Most water-based cleaning agents have the best activity at 50-60 ℃. Low temperature and insufficient activity of cleaning agents; When the temperature is too high, the cavitation effect actually weakens (the liquid vapor pressure increases, and the strength of bubble bursting decreases). In summer, the temperature can be set at 50-55 ℃, and in winter, it can be appropriately increased to 60-65 ℃.

第四个坑:忽视脱气环节。 新注入的清洗液中溶解有大量气体,这些气体会吸收超声波能量,降低空化效应强度。因此,新液注入后应先运行超声波进行脱气处理(通常10-15分钟),待气泡充分排出后再放入工件。许多操作者忽略这一步,导致清洗效果大打折扣。

The fourth pitfall: Neglecting the degassing process. A large amount of gas is dissolved in the newly injected cleaning solution, which absorbs ultrasonic energy and reduces the intensity of cavitation effect. Therefore, after injecting the new liquid, ultrasonic treatment should be run first for degassing (usually 10-15 minutes), and the workpiece should be placed after the bubbles are fully discharged. Many operators overlook this step, resulting in a significant reduction in cleaning effectiveness.

第五个坑:清洗液管理混乱。 清洗液是消耗品,需要定期更换和过滤。长时间不清洗更换,清洗液中悬浮的污垢颗粒会重新附着在工件表面,造成二次污染。建议配备循环过滤系统,在清洗过程中持续过滤清洗液,延长使用寿命。同时注意液面高度——液面过低可能损坏换能器,液面过高则影响空化效应的传播效率。

The fifth pit: chaotic management of cleaning solution. Cleaning solution is a consumable that requires regular replacement and filtration. If not cleaned or replaced for a long time, the suspended dirt particles in the cleaning solution will reattach to the surface of the workpiece, causing secondary pollution. It is recommended to equip a circulating filtration system to continuously filter the cleaning solution during the cleaning process and extend its service life. At the same time, pay attention to the liquid level - a low liquid level may damage the transducer, while a high liquid level can affect the propagation efficiency of cavitation effects.

日常维护同样不可忽视。定期检查换能器是否有脱落或松动。清洗槽底部如有沉积物应及时清理。发生器应保持通风良好、避免过载运行。

Daily maintenance cannot be ignored either. Regularly check whether the transducer is detached or loose. If there is sediment at the bottom of the cleaning tank, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. The generator should maintain good ventilation and avoid overload operation.
