化油器和喷油嘴都是精密的液压元件,其内部通道和喷孔直径极小,通常只有几十到几百微米。当车辆长时间使用后,燃油中的胶质、杂质以及燃烧室回窜的积碳会逐渐沉积在这些细小的通道内壁上。

The carburetor and fuel injector are both precision hydraulic components, with extremely small internal channels and nozzle diameters, typically only tens to hundreds of micrometers. After prolonged use of the vehicle, the gum, impurities, and carbon deposits from combustion chamber backflow in the fuel will gradually deposit on the inner walls of these small channels.

化油器:量孔和怠速油道堵塞会导致混合气过稀,引发启动困难、加速无力、怠速不稳。

Carburetor: blockage of the measuring hole and idle oil passage can cause the mixture to be too lean, leading to difficulty starting, weak acceleration, and unstable idle.

喷油嘴:喷孔积碳会改变喷射角度和雾化效果,导致燃油燃烧不充分,油耗增加,尾气排放超标,严重时会出现缺缸抖动。

传统清洗方式的局限

The limitations of traditional cleaning methods

对于喷油嘴,许多维修店采用“打吊瓶”的方式进行免拆清洗。这种方法虽然方便,但只能溶解掉喷油嘴表面的部分胶质,对于喷孔内部已经硬化的积碳和杂质,效果微乎其微。而对于化油器,手工拆卸后用化清剂喷洗,也很难彻底清除内部弯角处的顽固污垢。

For fuel injectors, many repair shops use the "hanging bottle" method for non disassembly cleaning. Although this method is convenient, it can only dissolve some of the gum on the surface of the fuel injector, and has little effect on the hardened carbon deposits and impurities inside the nozzle. For carburetors, it is also difficult to completely remove stubborn dirt at the internal corners by manually disassembling and spraying chemical cleaning agents.

超声波清洗:彻底的解决方案

Ultrasonic cleaning: a thorough solution

将化油器或喷油嘴拆解下来,放入专用的超声波清洗机中进行清洗,是目前公认的最彻底的方法。

Disassembling the carburetor or fuel injector and placing it in a specialized ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning is currently recognized as the most thorough method.

深度拆解:将化油器分解为上体、中体、下体,取出所有量孔、针阀等细小零件;将喷油嘴拆下,取出滤网和密封圈(如果可拆)。

Deep disassembly: Disassemble the carburetor into upper body, middle body, and lower body, and remove all small parts such as measuring holes and needle valves; Remove the fuel injector and take out the filter screen and sealing ring (if detachable).

选择合适的清洗液:将拆解的零件放入清洗篮,浸入专用的化油器/喷油嘴清洗液(通常是强效的碳垢清洗剂或水基脱脂剂)中。清洗液需要覆盖所有零部件。

Choose the appropriate cleaning solution: Place the disassembled parts into a cleaning basket and immerse them in a specialized carburetor/fuel injector cleaning solution (usually a strong carbon scale cleaner or water-based degreaser). The cleaning solution needs to cover all components.

设定参数并启动:工业级超声波清洗机具备加热功能,将清洗液加热至50-60℃,设置清洗时间15-30分钟(视积碳程度而定)。超声波的高频振动会产生空化效应,无数气泡在零件表面和内部通道中爆破,将软化和硬化的积碳一层层剥离。

Set parameters and start: The industrial grade ultrasonic cleaning machine has a heating function, which heats the cleaning solution to 50-60 ℃ and sets the cleaning time to 15-30 minutes (depending on the degree of carbon deposition). The high-frequency vibration of ultrasound generates cavitation effect, and countless bubbles burst on the surface and internal channels of the parts, peeling off the softened and hardened carbon deposits layer by layer.

漂洗与吹干:清洗完毕后,取出零件用清水彻底漂洗,去除残留的清洗剂。最后用压缩空气吹干所有通道,确保没有水分残留。

Rinse and blow dry: After cleaning, remove the parts and thoroughly rinse them with clean water to remove any remaining cleaning agents. Finally, dry all channels with compressed air to ensure that there is no residual moisture.

清洗效果与注意事项

Cleaning effect and precautions

经过超声波清洗的化油器,其内部通道会恢复原始尺寸,怠速量孔、主量孔通透如新;喷油嘴的喷孔则恢复最佳雾化状态。许多维修案例表明,超声波清洗后装车,发动机怠速抖动明显改善,加速响应更快,油耗也能恢复到接近新车水平。

After ultrasonic cleaning, the internal channels of the carburetor will return to their original size, and the idle and main measuring holes will be as transparent as new; The nozzle holes of the fuel injector return to the optimal atomization state. Many repair cases have shown that after ultrasonic cleaning and installation, the engine idle vibration is significantly improved, the acceleration response is faster, and the fuel consumption can be restored to near the level of a new car.

不过,操作时也需注意:对于带有电磁线圈的喷油嘴,清洗前最好拆下线圈部分,只将阀体浸入清洗液,以免损坏电气部件。对于化油器的塑料浮子和密封件,如果材质不耐清洗剂,也需提前取出。

However, attention should also be paid during operation: for fuel injectors with electromagnetic coils, it is best to remove the coil part before cleaning and only immerse the valve body in cleaning solution to avoid damaging electrical components. For the plastic float and seals of the carburetor, if the material is not resistant to cleaning agents, they should also be removed in advance.
