From the perspective of core principles, CNC high-pressure cleaning machines rely on high-pressure plunger pumps to convert atmospheric water into high-speed water jets with enormous impact energy. When this water flow impacts the surface of the workpiece, it can not only remove stubborn oil stains, iron filings, and coking materials through physical kinetic energy, but also use the water wedge effect and cavitation effect to penetrate into small gaps, achieving thorough cutting and flushing. Unlike traditional fixed cleaning machines, CNC high-pressure cleaning machines have extremely strong flexible machining capabilities. The multi axis linkage device equipped with it (such as XYZ three-axis motion, B-axis all-round flipping, and fourth axis rotation) can perform 360 ° scanning and spraying without dead angles according to the shape of the workpiece. With the automatic tool changing system, the equipment can freely switch between flat nozzles, deep hole long gun nozzles, and brushes, accurately responding to various irregular structures and dead corners in the inner cavity.

In terms of intelligent control, the device has demonstrated excellent adaptive capabilities. By equipped with mainstream CNC systems such as Fanuc and variable frequency pressure regulation technology, the operation panel can monitor and instantly adjust the cleaning pressure (usually between 0-50MPa or even higher) in real time. For example, when cleaning the outer surface of the workpiece, the pressure can be automatically reduced to prevent damage, while when processing the inner hole or deburring, the pressure can be instantly increased, truly achieving "on-demand pressure". In addition, the device's built-in three-stage circulating filtration system can repeatedly purify the cleaning water to micrometer level accuracy. Combined with vacuum drying and hot air cooling modules, it achieves a fully automated closed-loop process of cleaning, blowing water, and drying.
