全自动清洗机的安装步骤有哪些?

1、预备

1. Preparation

把全自动清洗机所需胶接的超声波换能器(配好对的)、缸体、网垫、胶水等预备好。

Prepare the ultrasonic transducer (matched correctly), cylinder body, mesh pad, adhesive, etc. required for the fully automatic cleaning machine.

2、喷沙

2. Sandblasting

把全自动清洗机所需胶接的超声波换能器、缸体停止喷沙处置,喷沙胶接面应尽量毛,喷沙使用30目的金刚沙,沙子必需坚持枯燥并常常挑选(每次放入沙箱时都要挑选),喷沙时紧缩空气的压力应≥6KG,并经过气源处置器除湿后的高压空气。

Stop sandblasting the ultrasonic transducer and cylinder body that need to be bonded to the fully automatic cleaning machine. The sandblasting bonding surface should be as rough as possible, and 30 mesh diamond sand should be used for sandblasting. The sand must be kept dry and selected frequently (every time it is placed in the sandbox). When sandblasting, the compressed air pressure should be ≥ 6KG, and the high-pressure air should be dehumidified by the air source disposer.

3、清洗

3. Cleaning

把喷好沙的缸体和全自动清洗机超声波换能器停止清洗,换能器先用甲醇停止清洗,把外表的沙子等灰尘除掉,再用丙酮停止漂洗;缸体先用水冲、再用酸洗后冲洗洁净,凉干后再用甲醇和丙酮各停止一次漂洗,网垫用≤30目厚度≤0.15的不锈钢网异样清洗洁净(有条件时电解处置)备用。

Stop cleaning the sandblasted cylinder body and the ultrasonic transducer of the fully automatic cleaning machine. First, stop cleaning the transducer with methanol to remove any sand or dust on the surface, and then stop rinsing with acetone; The cylinder body should be rinsed with water first, then pickled and rinsed clean. After drying, it should be rinsed with methanol and acetone once each. The mesh pad should be cleaned with stainless steel mesh with a thickness of ≤ 30 mesh and ≤ 0.15 mesh (electrolytic disposal if conditions permit) for later use.

4、烘干、预热

4. Drying and preheating

把清洗好的超声波换能器和缸体及网垫放入烘箱停止烘干,烘干为60℃-80℃烘干2小时后冷却到40℃左右时停止胶接。在一切胶接预备任务做好后,配好胶水(常温)充沛谐和后疾速停止胶接。

Put the cleaned ultrasonic transducer, cylinder body, and mesh pad into the oven and stop drying. Dry them at 60 ℃ -80 ℃ for 2 hours, then cool them to around 40 ℃ and stop bonding. After all the preparation tasks for bonding are completed, prepare the adhesive (at room temperature) and quickly stop bonding after sufficient harmony.

5、胶接

5. Adhesive bonding

把处置好的全自动清洗机缸体放在胶接平板上放好,并用丙酮在胶接处用棉布再擦试一遍。 把处置好的超声波换能器胶接面用丙酮再用棉布再擦试一遍。后预热1-2分钟。(每次配置的胶水不能太多,以一次胶接20-30头为准)胶水配置为5G/头、比例为1:0.4(胶粘剂比固化剂、应尽量准确)。把缸体和超声波换能器冷却到40℃左右时停止胶接,胶接时辨别在缸体和超声波换能器上平均涂上胶水,两头放上网布,然后用力压紧,胶接速度要快,每次配置胶水后胶接日子不要超越10分钟上(要求预备任务做的充沛)。胶完后停止加压处置(需唱工装、用弹簧软压)。

Place the disposed fully automatic cleaning machine cylinder on the bonding plate and use acetone to wipe the bonding area again with a cotton cloth. Wipe the adhesive surface of the disposed ultrasonic transducer again with acetone and a cotton cloth. Preheat for 1-2 minutes afterwards. The glue configuration should not be too much each time, based on bonding 20-30 heads at a time. The glue configuration is 5G/head, with a ratio of 1:0.4 (the ratio of adhesive to curing agent should be as accurate as possible). Stop bonding when the cylinder body and ultrasonic transducer are cooled to around 40 ℃. Apply adhesive evenly to the cylinder body and ultrasonic transducer during bonding, place a mesh cloth on both ends, and then press them firmly. The bonding speed should be fast, and the bonding time should not exceed 10 minutes after each glue preparation (sufficient preparation tasks are required). Stop applying pressure after the glue is finished (using a tool and a spring for soft pressing).

6、固化

6. Curing

把胶好的缸体放入无尘烘箱停止固化,固化温度一次加温为40-50℃固化30分钟后,二次加温到60-70℃固化30分钟后再三次加温到80℃固化2小时后自然固化24小时后检测连线。固化加温用程控智能温控仪控制。

Place the glued cylinder body in a dust-free oven to stop curing. The curing temperature should be heated once to 40-50 ℃ for 30 minutes, then heated again to 60-70 ℃ for 30 minutes, and finally heated again to 80 ℃ for 2 hours. After natural curing for 24 hours, check the wiring. Controlled by a programmable intelligent temperature controller for solidification heating.

7、检测

7. Testing

全自动清洗机对固化好的超声波换能器停止检测,每个换能器(60W、22、25、28KHZ)的胶接阻抗约在250Ω左右,不能超越300Ω,并对换能器特性停止检测(不能有杂波),同个缸体上的超声波换能器阻抗值应尽量接近分歧,不能超越均匀值的20%(约±50Ω),对不契合要求的超声波换能器撤除重新胶接。

The fully automatic cleaning machine stops detecting the cured ultrasonic transducers. The bonding impedance of each transducer (60W, 22, 25, 28KHZ) is about 250 Ω and cannot exceed 300 Ω. The characteristics of the transducer should also be stopped for testing (without noise). The impedance values of ultrasonic transducers on the same cylinder should be as close as possible to the difference and not exceed 20% of the uniform value (about ± 50 Ω). Ultrasonic transducers that do not meet the requirements should be removed and re bonded.
