  Water hammer effect is a common adverse phenomenon in the spray system of a spray cleaning machine. When the flow velocity or direction of water in the pipeline suddenly changes, the inertia of the liquid will cause a sharp fluctuation in pressure, forming a shock wave similar to a "hammer strike". This not only brings vibration and noise, but may also cause pipeline loosening, wear, and even damage to components such as water pumps and valves, affecting equipment operation and lifespan.

  水锤效应的成因主要有三方面。一是阀门快速启闭,自动化清洗中电磁阀突然动作,会瞬间截断或释放水流,在阀门附近形成高压并转化为压力波扩散。二是水泵启停不当,启动时水流从静止骤加速,或停机时突然失力,都会因惯性引发压力波动。三是管道设计问题,长管道延长压力波传播路径,使其能量叠加;过多弯头、变径管导致局部紊流,易产生额外压力峰值;管道材质过刚、固定不当也会降低缓冲能力。

During automated cleaning, if the solenoid valve suddenly acts, it will instantly cut off or release the water flow, forming high pressure near the valve and converting it into pressure waves for diffusion. Secondly, improper start stop of the water pump can cause pressure fluctuations due to inertia, such as sudden acceleration of water flow from rest during start-up or sudden loss of force during shutdown. The third issue is pipeline design, where long pipelines extend the propagation path of pressure waves, causing their energy to accumulate; Excessive bends and variable diameter pipes can cause local turbulence, which can easily generate additional pressure peaks; Excessive rigidity and improper fixation of pipeline materials can also reduce buffering capacity.

  抑制水锤效应需多管齐下。阀门控制上,用缓闭式阀门替代快开快闭阀门,其通过特殊结构延长启闭时间,如缓闭式止回阀在水泵停机时缓慢关闭,避免压力骤升;结合智能控制,依压力反馈调节启闭速度。

  Suppressing the water hammer effect requires a multi pronged approach. In terms of valve control, slow closing valves are used instead of fast opening and closing valves, which extend the opening and closing time through a special structure. For example, slow closing check valves slowly close when the water pump is stopped to avoid sudden pressure increases; Combined with intelligent control, adjust the opening and closing speed based on pressure feedback.

  水泵方面,采用软启动与软停止技术,启动时逐步提升电压使转速平稳增加,停机时逐步降功率让水流缓慢减速;在水泵出口装稳压罐,利用气囊吸收或释放能量以稳定压力。
