高压去毛刺清洗机可以去除什么材质的毛刺,去除的方法有哪些?

  毛刺,在塑胶件和金属加工过程中无处不在。不论你采用多么高级的精密设备,它都会伴随产品一起诞生。主要是材料的塑性变形而在被加工材料加工边缘生成的一种多余的铁屑,尤其是延展性或者韧性较好的材质,特别容易出现毛刺。

  Burrs are ubiquitous in plastic parts and metal processing. No matter how advanced precision equipment you use, it will be born with the product. It is mainly a type of excess iron filings generated at the processing edge of the processed material due to plastic deformation of the material, especially for materials with good ductility or toughness, which are particularly prone to burrs.

  毛刺类型主要有飞边毛刺、尖角毛刺、飞溅等不符合产品设计要求的一种突出的多余的金属残余部分。对于这个问题,到目前为止还没有一种有效的方法能够在生产过程中将其杜绝,所以为了保证产品的设计要求,工程师们只有在后道的去除方面下功夫,到目前为止针对不同产品不同的去除毛刺的方法和设备已经有很多种了。

  The types of burrs mainly include flying edge burrs, sharp corner burrs, splashes, and other protruding excess metal residues that do not meet product design requirements. So far, there is no effective method to eliminate this problem in the production process. Therefore, in order to ensure the design requirements of the product, engineers can only focus on removing burrs in the later stage. So far, there are many different methods and equipment for removing burrs for different products.

  一般情况下, 可将去除毛刺的方法分为四大类:

  In general, the methods of removing burrs can be divided into four categories:

  1. 粗级(硬接触):属于这一类的有切削、磨削、锉刀及刮刀加工等。

  1. Coarse grade (hard contact): This category includes cutting, grinding, filing, and scraping.

  2. 普通级(柔软接触):属于这一类的有砂带磨、研磨、弹性砂轮磨削及抛光等。

  2. Ordinary level (soft contact): This category includes sanding, grinding, elastic grinding wheel grinding, and polishing.

  3. 精密级(柔性接触):属于这一类的有冲洗加工、电化学加工、电解磨削及滚动加工等。

  3. Precision grade (flexible contact): This category includes flushing machining, electrochemical machining, electrolytic grinding, and rolling machining.

  4. 超精密级(精密接触):属于这一类的有磨粒流去毛刺、磁力研磨去毛刺、电解去毛刺、热能去毛刺以及密镭强力超声波去毛刺等, 这类去毛刺方法可获得足够的零件加工精度。

  4. Ultra precision level (precision contact): This category includes abrasive flow deburring, magnetic grinding deburring, electrolytic deburring, thermal deburring, and strong ultrasonic deburring with radium. These deburring methods can achieve sufficient machining accuracy for parts.

  高压去毛刺清洗机借助高压水流的冲击力与特殊的流场设计,实现对工件表面毛刺的清除和污渍的清洗,其核心原理是通过能量集中的流体作用,高效处理传统手工难以触及的细微毛刺和复杂结构区域。

  The high-pressure deburring cleaning machine utilizes the impact force of high-pressure water flow and special flow field design to remove burrs and stains on the surface of workpieces. Its core principle is to efficiently process fine burrs and complex structural areas that are difficult to reach by traditional manual labor through the concentrated fluid action of energy.

  设备的核心动力来自高压泵组,它能将普通自来水或专用清洗液加压至数十到数百兆帕,形成高压水流。水流经特制喷嘴喷出时,速度可达每秒数十米,这种高速流体具有强大的动能,接触工件表面的毛刺时,会产生瞬间冲击力,使毛刺在超过其承受强度的力的作用下断裂脱落。喷嘴的设计是关键,根据工件的形状和毛刺分布,可选用扇形、锥形或旋转式喷嘴,扇形喷嘴适合大面积平面去毛刺,锥形喷嘴则能精准作用于孔道、凹槽等狭窄部位,旋转式喷嘴通过水流的旋转形成螺旋状冲击力,提升复杂曲面的处理效果。

  The core power of the equipment comes from the high-pressure pump unit, which can pressurize ordinary tap water or specialized cleaning solution to tens to hundreds of megapascals, forming a high-pressure water flow. When water is sprayed out through a specially designed nozzle, its speed can reach tens of meters per second. This high-speed fluid has strong kinetic energy, and when it comes into contact with burrs on the surface of the workpiece, it will generate instantaneous impact force, causing the burrs to break and fall off under the force exceeding their bearing strength. The design of the nozzle is crucial. Depending on the shape and burr distribution of the workpiece, fan-shaped, conical, or rotary nozzles can be selected. Fan shaped nozzles are suitable for large-scale flat deburring, while conical nozzles can accurately act on narrow areas such as ducts and grooves. Rotary nozzles generate a spiral impact force through the rotation of water flow, improving the processing effect of complex surfaces.

  In addition to the impact force, the cavitation effect of water flow also assists in enhancing the deburring effect. When high-pressure water comes into contact with the surface of the workpiece, a sudden change in water flow velocity will produce tiny bubbles. These bubbles quickly rupture in high-pressure environments, releasing local high-pressure energy and causing secondary impact on burrs, especially for small burrs (such as those with a diameter less than 0.1 millimeters), with significant removal effects. This cavitation effect can also penetrate into the gaps and blind holes of the workpiece, bringing out the hidden debris and oil stains, achieving synchronous cleaning and deburring.
