超声波频率:频率越低,空化气泡越大,冲击力越强,适合清洗重油污或结构坚固的工业零件(如28kHz);频率越高,空化作用越温和且密集,适合清洗精密、易损的物件(如68kHz-100kHz的光学镜片或电子元件)。

Ultrasonic frequency: The lower the frequency, the larger the cavitation bubbles and the stronger the impact force, making it suitable for cleaning heavy oil stains or industrial parts with sturdy structures (such as 28kHz); the higher the frequency, the more gentle and dense the cavitation effect, making it suitable for cleaning precision and fragile items (such as optical lenses or electronic components within the frequency range of 68kHz-100kHz).

功率密度:功率并非越大越好。功率密度过低会导致清洗无力,而过高则可能对工件表面造成“空化腐蚀”或损伤。通常需要根据工件的材质和脏污程度,将功率密度控制在合理区间(如0.3-0.8W/cm²)。

Power density: Higher power is not necessarily better. Too low a power density can lead to weak cleaning, while too high a power density may cause "cavitation erosion" or damage to the surface of the workpiece. Generally, the power density needs to be controlled within a reasonable range (such as 0.3-0.8W/cm²) based on the material and dirt level of the workpiece.
