SUS304不锈钢清洗储液箱、 国内高压水泵、化工泵、管道泵，均按照客户需求量身定做。可连续长时间工作、内置式发热系统、可调式温度控制系统、及操作简便、可按客户要求设计及制造 。

储液箱采用单层结构，采用SUS304不锈钢板制作；内部用隔板分成几个区域，分别实现对清洗液的过滤、铁屑的沉淀、滤油、分油；储液箱设有补水口、排液口、溢水口。底部为两边向中间倾斜，清洗液从液箱底部的排液口集中排出。

液箱装有液位控制器，液位异常时及时提醒补水、停水。异常情况实现紧急停机。

防锈箱内部装有不锈钢电加热器，在30～60分钟内将液体由室温升使用温度。温度自动控制在10～90℃范围，人工设定、自动控制。设有温控仪表自动显示。液箱外贴保温棉，防止热量散发。
