(1)要求有严谨科学的人机工程设计,有效的保证整机的可靠性稳定性。

(2)要求设计技术成熟可靠结构尽量紧凑测试精度高。

超声波发生器和超声波换能器常见的问题:

Common problems with ultrasonic generators and ultrasonic transducers:

超声波振子受潮,可以用兆欧表检查与换能器相连接的插头,检查绝缘电阻值就可以判断基本情况,一般要求绝缘电阻大于5兆欧以上。如果达不到这个绝缘电阻值,一般是换能器受潮,可以把换能器整体(不包括喷塑外壳)放进烘箱设定100℃左右烘干3小时或者使用电吹风去潮阻值正常为止;

If the ultrasonic oscillator is damp, a megohmmeter can be used to check the plug connected to the transducer. By checking the insulation resistance value, the basic situation can be determined. Generally, the insulation resistance should be greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, it is generally due to moisture in the transducer. The transducer as a whole (excluding the spray coated shell) can be placed in an oven set at around 100 ℃ and dried for 3 hours, or a hair dryer can be used to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal;

换能器振子打火,陶瓷材料碎裂,可以用肉眼和兆欧表结合检查,一般作为应急处理的措施,可以把个别损坏的振子断开,不会影响到别的振子正常使用;

When the transducer oscillator ignites and the ceramic material breaks, it can be checked with the naked eye and a megohmmeter. It is generally used as an emergency response measure to disconnect individual damaged oscillators without affecting the normal use of other oscillators;

振子脱胶,我们的换能器是采用胶结,螺钉紧固双重保证工艺,在一般情况下不会出现这种情况;

不锈钢振动面穿孔,一般换能器满负荷使用10年以后可能会出现振动面穿孔;

Stainless steel vibration surface perforation may occur after 10 years of full load use of the transducer;

超声波换能器受潮。一般用兆欧表检查和换能器相连接的插头,检查换能器正负极间的绝缘电阻值就可以判断;

换能器脱胶。我们知道大多数厂家采用胶粘的方式固定换能器,但超声波清洗机的长期使用后由于振动会出现脱胶现象。

The transducer is debonded. We know that most manufacturers use adhesive to fix the transducer, but after long-term use, ultrasonic cleaning machines may experience delamination due to vibration.

般振子出现脱胶以后超声波电源输出的功率正常,但是由于振子与振动面连接不好,振动面的振动效果不好,长时间后由于能量无法释放出去,很可能会烧坏振子。振子脱胶对于用户来说维修起来是比较麻烦的,一般情况只能送回生产厂家进行维修处理。避免振子脱胶有效的方法是平时使用中注意不撞击振动面;

The ultrasonic power output of the oscillator is normal after delamination, but due to poor connection between the oscillator and the vibration surface, the vibration effect of the vibration surface is not good. After a long time, due to the inability to release energy, it is likely to burn out the oscillator. The detachment of the oscillator is quite troublesome for users to repair, and in general, it can only be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. An effective way to avoid the detachment of the oscillator is to avoid hitting the vibrating surface during normal use;

振动面穿孔。一般超声波换能器满负荷使用数年以后可能会出现振动面穿孔的情况,这是由于振动面的不锈钢板长时间高频振动疲劳所致,振动面穿孔说明换能器的使用寿命已经到了,维修上一般只能更换。

Vibration surface perforation. After several years of full load use, ultrasonic transducers may experience perforation on the vibration surface, which is caused by long-term high-frequency vibration fatigue of the stainless steel plate on the vibration surface. Perforation on the vibration surface indicates that the service life of the transducer has expired and can only be replaced for maintenance.
