超声波清洗是利用超声波在液体中的社会化作用极加速度作用及直进流作用对液体和污物直接极间接的作用,使污物层被分散极乳化极剥离而达到清洗目的。目前所用的超声波清洗机中,空化作用和直进流作用应用得更多。
Ultrasonic cleaning is the use of the socialized effect of ultrasound in liquids, the extreme acceleration effect, and the direct inflow effect to directly or indirectly affect the liquid and dirt, causing the dirt layer to be peeled off by the dispersed emulsified electrode and achieving the cleaning purpose. Among the ultrasonic cleaning machines currently used, cavitation and direct inflow are more commonly used.
(1)空化作用:空化作用就是超声波以每秒两万次以上的压缩力和减压力交互性的高频变换方式向液体进行透射。在减压力作用时,液体中产生真空核群泡的现象,在压缩力作用时,真空核群泡受压力压碎时产生强大的冲击力,由此剥离被清洗物表面的污垢,从而达到精密洗净目的。
(1) Cavitation: Cavitation refers to the high-frequency transformation of ultrasonic waves into a liquid through the interaction of compression force and pressure reduction at least 20000 times per second. During pressure reduction, a phenomenon of vacuum core bubbles is generated in the liquid. When compressed, the vacuum core bubbles generate a strong impact force when crushed by pressure, thereby stripping the dirt on the surface of the cleaned object and achieving precision cleaning.
(2)直进流作用:超声波在液体中沿声的传播方向产生流动的现象称为直进流。声波强度在0.5W/cm2时,肉眼能看到直进流,垂直于振动面产生流动,流速约为10cm/s。通过此直进流使被清洗物表面的微油污垢被搅拌,污垢表面的清洗液也产生对流,溶解污物的溶解液与新液混合,使溶解速度加快,对污物的搬运起着很大的作用。
(2) Direct inflow: The phenomenon of ultrasonic waves flowing in the direction of sound propagation in a liquid is called direct inflow. When the sound wave intensity is 0.5W/cm2, the naked eye can see a direct inflow, which generates flow perpendicular to the vibration surface, and the flow velocity is about 10cm/s. Through this direct inflow, the micro oil and dirt on the surface of the cleaned object are stirred, and the cleaning solution on the dirt surface also generates convection. The dissolved solution of the dirt is mixed with the new solution, which accelerates the dissolution rate and plays a significant role in the transportation of the dirt.
(3)加速度:液体粒子推动产生的加速度。对于频率较高的超声波清洗机,空化作用就很不显著了,这时的清洗主要靠液体粒子超声作用下的加速度撞击粒子对污物进行超精密清洗。

(3) Acceleration: The acceleration generated by the propulsion of liquid particles. For high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machines, the cavitation effect is not significant. At this time, the cleaning mainly relies on the acceleration of liquid particles under the ultrasonic action to impact particles for ultra precision cleaning of dirt.
应注意以下问题:

极超声波清洗机电源及电热器电源必须有良好接地装置。
The power supply of the extreme ultrasonic cleaning machine and the power supply of the electric heater must have a good grounding device.
极超声波清洗机严禁无清洗液开机,即清洗缸没有加一定数量的清洗液,不得合超声波开关。
It is strictly prohibited to start the extremely ultrasonic cleaning machine without cleaning solution, that is, the cleaning cylinder does not add a certain amount of cleaning solution, and the ultrasonic switch cannot be turned on.
极有加热设备的清洗设备严禁无液时打开加热开关。
It is strictly prohibited to turn on the heating switch when there is no liquid in the cleaning equipment with extremely heating equipment.
极禁止用重物(铁件)撞击清洗缸缸底,以免能量转换器晶片受损。
It is strictly prohibited to use heavy objects (iron parts) to impact the bottom of the cleaning cylinder to avoid damage to the energy converter chip.
极超声波发生器电源应单独使用一路220V/50Hz电源并配装2000W以上稳压器。
The power supply of the polar ultrasonic generator should use a separate 220V/50Hz power supply and be equipped with a voltage regulator of over 2000W.
极清洗缸缸底要定期冲洗,不得有过多的杂物或污垢。
The bottom of the extremely clean cylinder should be regularly rinsed without excessive debris or dirt.
极每次换新液时,待超声波起动后,方可洗件。
When changing the solution every time, wait for the ultrasonic to start before washing the parts.
