排除工件表面和孔隙中的空气,提高清洗效果

顾名思义“真空”就是排除清洗过程中的空气。在传统清洗中,清洗效果不理想常常是因为盲孔、粗糙表面和细小缝隙中的空气不能排出,影响清洗剂的浸润,产生清洗盲区。

应用碳氢清洗机后,可使部件表面、缝隙和盲孔内的空气全部排出,使清洗剂完全浸入工件的每个部位,使工件的各个部位都达到好的清洗效果。对于构造复杂、盲孔较深的工件,通过两次以上的抽真空和排气过程,也可以将空气全部排出。所以在真空状态下,清洗效果要比常压下更好。

点滴入手,降低清洗剂消耗

清洗剂在清洗过程中的损耗发生在以下环节:使用和储存过程中的自然挥发损失、通风和干燥过程中的排放损失以及蒸馏再生后排放废液的带出损失。由于碳氢清洗剂的沸点超过150℃,在储运和使用过程中的挥发损失较沸点为40℃-70℃的卤代烃清洗剂要小得多。并且碳氢清洗机中全封闭的清洗槽和真空系统设计,使清洗剂的挥发损失减少到低。
